Healthy Oats and Banana Pancakes

Let's start the day with delicious healthy oats and banana pancakes. An easy recipe to make that will keep you satiated through the morning. In a morning rush? Make it the day before and store them in fridge to have them ready to be eaten in the morning.

  • 30 gr Oats
  • 130 gr Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 75 gr Egg white
  • 60 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract optional


  • Mix all ingredients in a blender till you get a smooth mix
  • Place a flat, antistick pan on medium heat and let it warm up for a few minutes
  • Place about 20 gr of the liquid mix onto the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes till you see some bubble popping out
  • Gently flit the pancake and cook for another minute or so. Then remove the pancake and repeat till you consume the mix
  • Enjoy your pancakes with some topping such as blueberries
